Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please message or call us directly if unable to do so on the site. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late May have their service shortened or rescheduled. Refunds are not provided for complete services.
