Service Description
For wig making and installation service, hair bundles has to be dropped at least 3 days prior to appointment date for machine wigging and customization. Kindly note that selecting our CEO, Serwah, for all services attracts additional charge of GHC150. Kindly note that we do not make wigs same day of appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please message or call us directly if unable to do so on the site. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late May have their service shortened or rescheduled. Refunds are not provided for complete services. However if you are unsatisfied, please let us know immediately and we will work to rectify the situation. Thank you for your understanding,
